Meet Dr. Chandler

Kelli is one of fewer than 160 physical therapists in Texas to hold Fellowship status with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy — the highest credential in her field.

With 18 years of orthopedic PT experience, her resume includes treating Olympic medalists and Juilliard-trained dancers as a therapist for Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas. She now brings that elite-level expertise to the Texas Hill Country.

She holds two board certifications in manual and manipulative therapy and earned both her master's and doctoral degrees from Texas Woman's University.

Kelli treats a wide range of patients — from post-surgical recovery and spine care to strength and balance — with a hands-on approach that gets to the root of the problem.

When she's not in the clinic, she's chasing four kids and adventuring with her husband around Dripping Springs.

Meet Dr. Alyssa Tieber

Alyssa is a Hill Country–based physical therapist with 10+ years of experience helping adolescent athletes, active adults, and military families move better, recover faster, and stay in the game.

She specializes in:

  • ACL & post-surgical rehab

  • Return-to-sport programming

  • Post-concussive & vestibular care

  • Movement analysis & injury prevention

Alyssa earned her BS in Athletic Training from Missouri State and her DPT from the University of Missouri-Columbia. As a military spouse, she spent years working with active-duty service members, veterans, and their families — a population she remains deeply committed to serving.

Her approach is simple: treat the whole person, not just the injury. She focuses on building the confidence and tools patients need to perform at their best — long after they leave the clinic.

When she's not in the clinic, you'll find her chasing her three kids through the trails, waterways, and climbing spots around Dripping Springs.
